How it all began
Having spent 10 years at the 5* deluxe Claridges Hotel, our owner and Head Chef Adam Blanchard decided it was time for a new challenge and took over the kitchen of the events company Four Gables in Surrey. After a successful spell working alongside the Senior Management, Adam and his wife Rowena wanted to move closer to Rowena's childhood home and the journey in Nottingham began.
After spending some time working in restaurants in the area Bubbling Butter Catering was formed as a part time company to test the waters. 6 months later it was full time. Having quickly built a list of regular clientele and a reputation for pushing the boat out for every dinner party it was clear Bubbling Butter Catering was thriving.
2021 saw us steamroll into the wedding sector and establish ourselves as caterers who could be trusted to provide the services for high volume events, whilst delivering the same quality and standards of our intimate dinner parties.
P.S he's got a lot less hair on his head now!
